  Lack of efficiency and knowledge! Have I said the manner?
  
  Went there last week on Saturday morning as all the other banks were closed. I was there to find out my borrowing capacity for a personal loan as well as to discuss about transferring my two mortgages as they have a cash bonus offer.
  
  After an hour of questions and answers, I was advised by the banker that they need to submit the application in order to find out my serviceability. This will trigger a credit check, which I really don't want at this stage. So I had to leave without getting any indication of where I am sitting at.
  
  I received an email on the same day advising I will be contacted soon about the loan. Its been almost a week now, no one got back to me.
  
  Couple of soft skills I would like to point out as well. Right after we started our conversation, she advised the bank only provides loan to the Australian Passport holder. I guess she wouldn't ask me this question if I was a Caucasian.
  
  Another instance where she pointed to her Indian colleague advising if I want I can speak to him since we may speak the same language. Guess what I am not Indian, nor I can speak their language.
  
  I feel bad for her as she was trying to assist me but she lacked knowledge as a banker. She also needs to work on interpersonal skills.

  I appreciate Irene . She is awesome and lovely. She has lot of knowledge and she is a responsible person . She helped us for any bank inquiries specially home loan. She is hard worker. Highly recommend her.
