The store was busy on Sunday but a young sales rep (Darcy?) was very patient with me, a novice photographer, and explained how to use the light and tripod using a similar camera that I had. When I brought a camera and a lense at the Chadstone store, I received excellent service too. I regularly buy equipment online but I've realised that if I purchase goods from a reputable store, I can't go wrong. Thank you

Not only did she call stores for us and find a replacement she even offered to drive it to another store for us herself. Thank you Lisa you are a champion. I can’t thank you enough for all your help. I really wish you were our local Teds store but certainly will come over to Doncaster when we are not so time constraint.

She really knew her stuff and the resultant print was magnificent. She even popped it into the frame I'd chosen. Couldn't have achieved this on my own. Thanks Heather, extremely happy!
