- Peter Gindy Added November 10, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This used to be the best Apple Store in Melbourne but now with Daniel Lee running it, it's becoming a joke fast. He has zero customer service and is passing it onto some of the junior staff.
If you don't have to deal with repairs and you are only buying he staff are great and super fast but...... if you need urgent help on a product under warranty good luck.
They (Daniel Lee espicaly) will give you the run around
If you are dealing with the other staff they are usually fantastic
I think it's time to find another Apple Store or maybe Apple will fix Daniel
