  My Dad recommended them to me and I'm really happy that he did this. They did me a good deal for a whole new set of tyres plus a wheel alignment. They were professional, friendly and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring assistance with wheel matters. 23.08.2022 Update: after driving over yet another screw and suffering a flat resulting from this, once again, I was impressed with Beaurepaires. Jamie was clear with his explanation. Needless to say, whenever I see loose nails or screws on the road or footpath, if I happen to be a pedestrian at the time, I always remove them, as I do not want someone else (including animals!) suffering an injury to their foot, or a driver having a flat tyre or an accident.

  Brandon was fantastic when I initially needed new tyres in May. He worked with my requirements regarding budget, performance and longevity. Tyre had a puncture earlier in this week and again Brandon exhibited exemplary service, replaced the tyre on the spot even blacked them all for me. Outstanding service, highly recommended

  The customer service at the Doncaster branch is incredible! I had a flat tyre and called at 4.55pm and they close at 5.00. They were so empathetic and after confirming they had the tyre in stock told me they were happy to wait for me to arrive to have me back on the road. I arrived and they were so lovely, nothing was a problem for them, offered me a seat in the waiting room. The workshop staff although it was after hours were friendly. The staff at the Doncaster branch and person who took my initial phone call to me all love thier jobs and clearly love the company they work for. They are truely happy staff who care about customers and to me it's a clear indication that Beaurepairs value thier employees.
