  Nice staff. Great burgers. Chips are sprinkled with herbs which give them that wholesome home cooked feeling.

  Good burgers, bad customer service!
  We went there today with a group of kids celebrating my son's birthday. Kids being kids they all ordered the most expensive burger on the menu and removed 80% of their components! Let them be happy...
  When the order come out a couple of buyers were not as ordered. One of the kids accepted some discrepancies, but another, that pretty much ordered a burger with cheese and egg, would not eat the one he got from the kitchen (the lot)
  My son being a good birthday host took to the task and went back to the counter requesting the issue be fixed, but he got pushed back.
  We went back, requested the order details, double check every order and certainly enough the burger was not what we ordered.
  The guy that took the order was nice enough, but the lady handing over the burgers, seemingly in charge of the kitchen, was rude all the way, and when clearly shown that the burger was not what we ordered continued to pull faces and treated us as if we were stupid and a pain in the arse... because we were requesting to be given what we ordered!?
  After the guy at the counter agreed the burger was not what we ordered and to fix the issue, this rude lady took the burger back and, right there in front of us, pull the extra ingredients out of it, with her fingers removed the relish out of the burger itself, slapped back in some bread, and there you go, (issue fixed... you pain in the arse customers...) Really...!?
  An absolute disgrace of customer service. I can't believe there is still people like this working in such a competitive industry and think that they can treat you like that.
  I can't believe the manager is not doing anything about it, unless she was the manager of course ...!?
  All the best guys, you won't be seeing me back at you restaurant anytime soon!
