  This store is an absolute circus. Had to fight tooth and nail just to get a refund that I was clearly entitled to, due to receiving false advice from a employee about how to clean a garment which subsequently ruined it. After speaking to the manager Suzie, who agreed wholeheartedly that the wash advice that the employee gave was wrong and agreed to process a refund if I came in on Thursday, I gave the store a call beforehand to confirm. The store manager Suzie had left the store early, meaning I could not correspond with her despite the previously discussed agreement that was planned. So I spoke with Asher, the supervisor who I told I would be there at 5:45. I arrived at 5:45 and was told by some apathetic woman that he was on 'lunch' at 5:45 in the evening hahaha. After waiting for half an hour, like I don't have better things to do, his highness finally arrived. I sat around waiting for this clown in this stuffy store for so long i was tired, sweaty and shown immense disrespect for my time. When he finally arrived he essentially gaslit me saying that the advise about washing that a employee gave me was correct and that I wasn't entitled to a refund or replacement. After 10 minutes of debating this kid I finally managed to get him to replace it, however it was in his words a gesture of good will as opposed to the reasoning for the replacement being the objective fact that i was given bad advise on how to wash the garment which ruined it. Any way I hope you guys enjoyed the smell of my sweat

  Bought at Myer Northland....black Polo Hoodie,just prior to Christmas. Left to own devices but happy with that as bought exactly what I wanted for male relative. What quality & fit! All very happy

  As soon as me and my girlfriend walked in we were not greeted and instead were stalked around the shop as if we were looking to steal. After being in the store for no longer than 3 minutes we left feeling uncomfortable and unwanted. I ended up buying a nice Ralph shirt just down the path at David Jones where staff were welcoming and happy to help.

  This shop is unhelpful and unfriendly staff , since you walk in to the shop you can feel negative energy from the team seem like they just had a fight themself. I was waiting for help after waiting about 5 minutes feeling unwanted. Finally one staff came and served. I want to buy Christmas shirt for me and my partner asking to try it on,(Korean) manager ? Just say word in front of me to her staff like….. ‘let him try another shirt if he not buy it I will not take it out from display waste my time ‘ Oh….. that’s a bit rude because I just standing there. End up I bought 2 shirt and one belt spend almost $800 I just want to pass this bad experience and unprofessional to Management team and all customers to be aware of.
