  We are so impressed with everyone at Mercedes Doncaster. From the moment we stepped into the showroom we were treated with such respect and professionalism. Andre, the sales manager really set the tone of our visit. He was impressive and assigned us to Anthony who was a delight to deal with. The whole team went above and beyond to help us buy our vehicle and we would highly recommend this impeccable team to our friends and family.

  They have caused two scuffs to the interior and denied them. They tried to polish them but was useless. The manager denied it bluntly and rudely

  Recently, I visited Silver Star Motors, the Mercedes-Benz dealership in my area, and it was a wonderful experience. Andre greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. He introduced Ali and Dino, who were both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about the different models of vehicles available. Dino and Ali helped me make an informed decision.
  I had the chance to test drive several different models and Ali ultimately found the right vehicle for me. Thanks to the team's expertise and skills, I was able to get a great deal during the sales process.
  My overall experience with Silver Star Motors has been extremely positive, so I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an exceptional level of service.

  I purchased a new vehicle from Silver Star Motors Doncaster and it was a very pleasant experience. Ali was really great to work with and went through all the steps with me and all my questions were thoroughly answered.
  Jacky and Dino were also very helpful.
  They also delivered the car earlier than expected which was a nice surprise.
  Overall it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend these guys.

  My recent purchase of a Mercedes from Silver Star Motors Doncaster has been a very enjoyable one. The entire process of initial enquiry, test drive, change over price negotiation and picking up of the new car has been very smooth and hassle free. I like to thank Max and his supporting staff who has provided me and my wife a very professional and respectful service that we had never experienced before from other car dealers. The service we appreciate most is their willingness to cut a fair deal, the amount of time they spent with me and my wife to get familiarize with the car's features and controls. This saves me a lot of time if I have to learn all those features by reading the manual. The quality of customer service offered by Silver Star Motors Doncaster is indeed highly commendable.
